Education is The Fuel That Drives Progress

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said that teacher’s play an important role towards
student, most of their time spent in school. Moreover, school is like their
second home. To form a generous personality and a quality of youth, students
must have a good education.
Dr Mahathir is
very close in educational world because his dad is a teacher. A quality of
youth must intelligence to tackle the problems and able to face the challenges.
“A person no knowledge, may not be success but a person with knowledge, sure
will success”. –said Dr Mahathir in Forum Strategik Masa Depan Negara at SMK
Meru, Klang.
“Knowledge
is very worth. People with an education, will get many offers of job and high
income. Malaysia is one of the places that concentrate towards education of
their citizen especially youth generations”. –said Dr Mahathir
Former
prime minister, Dr Mahathir also said, world admit that Malaysia is more
advanced and rapid development from country contemporaries. Because of higher
knowledge, they are more disciplined and prevent them from doing something that
is not responsible.
Dr
Mahathir highlighted, English is the world language. Students should learning
and improve their English communication skills, because it is a tool to success
their life and the country. To learn English, it is not difficult just give a focus
when teacher is teaching, willingness to learn, and confident you can do it.
“If you are teachers perform its duties well,
do not misuse, Islam teaches us the value of trust, nor deflections thinking of
our children, if religious teacher, teach religion, science teachers teach
science, do not teach them politics”. –said Dr Mahathir to end the
conversational.
